I TEACH WOMEN STRUGGLING WITH FOOD SENSITIVITIES HOW TO COOK WHOLE FOOD, PLANT-BASED, WITH AN AYURVEDIC LENS, SO THAT THEY CAN IMPROVE DIGESTION AND DEEPEN THEIR RELATIONSHIP TO FOOD.

I am a certified Natural Chef through Bauman College in Berkeley, California, a certified Raw Dessert Chef through Crystal Dawn Culinary,  and an Ayurvedic Chef through Divya Alter’s Ayurvedic Nutrition and Culinary Training (ANACT) in New York City. I am skilled in therapeutic and allergy-free cooking, and love creating sensational sugar-free desserts.
